I saw this clip a long time ago that noise is fake I think he just pulls something kicking too high rather than kicking himself in his face.

Maybe I kicked myself in the head...I actually understood him at the end....He said (mmm mm Imm mmy) translated means: "The new terred me I am working on isn't bout to a released caus the dancin never part of it which why I don't have ".
