Ok so i have a new TV and it has a PC option on it when i hit source. I want to run my desktop to the T.V. what would be my best bet... it is a blueray T.V if that matters. Thanks

Yes! I just connected my laptop to Toshiba 37" using a DVI to HDMI cable. The last bit about the function buttons was needed for me to watch bluray discs on my TV, regular DVDs and anything on the monitor came up on the Tv just fine but for bluray I had to press the function keys to see it.
