Hello all, (pt1) concerning the mans conviction that we are partly electrical, I ponder whether there is some logic to it, even if in a limited sense considering our nervous system, and the transportation of any given information between the connectors in the brain, as well as managing one's contemplation and handling such things as visual information, and cues sent across the nerve network throughout the body, and how neurological scans are able to display and analyse brain activity. pls remark
Hello (pt2) continued from part one of my question. if there is some form of electrical message/cue/impulse activity occurring across the nervous system could one also investigate grounds for response demand or instruction by certain activity or applying pressure as an indicator. pardon me to qualify my curiosity: I notice many behaviors and tendencies we have when doing things like trying to think, without actually considering of what benefit they are, like scratching the head or ...ctd
Hello (pt3) Cntd from pt2 of my question I was discussing peculiar tendencies we have that for reason of familiarity I haven't considered for thought, rubbing our chins or putting our forehead in our palms and so applying pressure. could there be innate little things that we do, habits without thought, ways the body of assists itself? could there be rational behind us putting our chin in our palms and biting our nails when we're seriously concerned. does me peering/squinting my eyes when...
(pt4) Cntd from pt 3, to be inspected in order from pt 1 the beginning of my investigation. I left off saying that often when analysing a serious/worrying issue in my mind I notice myself as with many folks peering/squinting my eyes, and I intended to speculate whether that in anyway was needed, yet I noticed that relaxing my eyes didn't allow me to get into that deep pensive state of drilling the issues, could changes in simple facial musculature influence brain chemicals...cntd
pt5 wait for it... I am merely inquiring. I am aware that putting a distressed or exceedingly frightened look on your face even for experiment stimulates stress chemicals in the brain. When you tickle someone and they are unable to restrain you are directly sending impulses through nerve points that are signaling involuntary laughter activit that could potentially render someone defenseless. in other words points on the body that allow one to directly manipulate body function through nerves.
pt6 cntd from pt5 ...such 'special points' or 'points where nerves are connecting' could explain the fingers below the collar bone, the idea then being if I can stimulate reactions in my body by stimulating / massaging certain nerve connections. I know that improved blood flow can be stimulated. to signal a certain muscle group to relax a nerve communication must be triggered/reach. by massaging or applying pressure I am initiating a reaction impulse/signal as I explained with tickling
pt7 so if contortions of facial muscles due to anxiety affect/trigger brain chemical production (e.g production of sad/warning/stress/ chemicals that encourage panic/hopelessness) relaxing those nerves and muscles through gentle massage would mean they would no longer be signaling the same brain alert that their fixation/contraction was so end stress chemical/indicator production and so restore brain function to normal operation, when your next stressed tense your neck muscles then release.
pt 8 lastly to understand the hopping while touching the opposite knee and other body coordination things try the related video on the right titled 'Brain GYM' posted by utyaiu, its real challenging you'll enjoy some. it causes your mind to have to grow/develop flexible and unrestricted pathways to cope like muscles, therefore making you sharper and having better access to all the underutilized/untapped stores of your brain like learning to use the mouse left handed (can change in ctrl panel)
