Sean Rickman drum solo

damn -- sean is aging.

Thanks for talking about me. It's just a random open rock solo. No one is trying to reinvent anything here nor is this a sport. Just expressions from the moment.:)

A woman walks up with a big stack of home town flapjacks.

I play her this solo and she smiles and winks at me like she's hot.

She pours the syrup and hot whipped butter on my steaming flapjacks and says, "that man plays drums that makes me hot and my oven roasting for your baby."

Well, you know. I picked up some sticks and tried for years to play like this man, but for the world could not.

I stick to slapping hot maple syrup and butter on my flapjacks at Jacks Waffle Joint. Real.

this is a drum solo, there is no right or wrong way to do it. sean has excellent in his timing and lock-in grooves. this is an amazing drum solo

@seanjification .... i dont agree 100% but some of this sounds a little dated .... its also sort of heavy metal sounding . And there is absolutely no dynamics happening ... its just a bunch of licks pieced together .... yes the licks are fast and clean but so what ... they dont say anything ... there is nothing memorable about this solo

Throw in Shawn Lane and you have brilliance
