I don't think John and Peter would have worked as a series, but I do wish that Fry and Laurie had made a few more sketches as these two. The gag ratio in all of them is astonishingly high.

All their sketches are so JOYFUL, especially in the earlier seasons :) There's not much of that about, at the moment.
