My favorite Smashing Pumpkins song released as a single. Just a note, I took the black borders off on this copy so you can view the visuals more clearly within the video frame.

You know I was just thinking the same thing there doesn't seem to be any more grates today. I think the 90's was a pretty good age in alternative music. But I think Grizzly Bear, Sujfan Stevens (TV on the radio?)have shown us some great art and intellect. Even when it seems like I'm falling behind in the times looking at what is going on today in music, it will never feel like it was in my youth. But i guess it depends on your preferences in genre to feel whats good and be progressive.
among other bands, not just those two (three). Beach House just put out a solid album. Bat For Lashes had an interesting album. Animal Collective's Merriweather Post Pavilion was amazing. Fleet Foxes is another great folk artist. Arcade Fire, even though their charm has worn off. Music is not the same as it was then, but there is still good stuff out there.
