Yup, Hook were so afraid of the Crocodile he would destroy all clocks in his vicinity, didn't have a problem with hourglasses though

Absolutly love the crocodile, think his nickname was supposed to be Tick Tock acording to the old disney archives but i could be wrong. He was the character i loved most from all the disney films.

I recently thought the crocodile wasn't the only thing that Hook feared, i think he possibly had a fear of time as well. That would explain the live action film Hook as well, with Captain Hook destroying all clocks he came across.

There's something for you to all debate about.

ooh one other thing, the crocodile and captain hook thing was referenced a few times in the game Batman Arkham Asylum, was cool and funny at the same time

Fear of time? I think the most logical explanation was that the clocks and above all the ticking reminded him of the crock who, as we all know, had swallowed one and always ticked when he was near.

Why did Smee wrap a towel around Hook's face?

Yeah Hot towels where the old way to help shave. even with cream a hot towel on your face before hand helps.
