My sister and I used to watch the Tom Baker series when we were just 9 and 11 years old. We found it a kind of creepy then, but we always watched the episodes till the end.
I totally agree with you on that. He's the Doctor I grew up watching when I first got into this show when it came to the US. He's THE BEST Doctor of all the actors that portrayed the part and lasted the longest. But I thought Jon Pertwee was fantastic also and Peter Davidson wasn't bad either!
