WRONG.... foothounds have never worn grey coats usually its toy dogs ie poodles that have coats! lol Ithink you mean members of the foot hunt! Anyway asked my marra s at work some say gay some say grey some say get a life! geoff1945 on youtube says gay. google it and you will find gay comes up best! John Peels coat was so "GAY" not "grey" a cumbrian word not as in todays gay!

Great old song. It is the march of the Queen's Own Yeomanry, an armoured formation reconaissance regiment of the British Army, with squadrons in Belfast, Ayr, Cupar, Newcastle and York.
