It's funny how in 1899 when audiences first heard Arnold Schonberg's revolutionary "Tranfigured Night," they thought it was closer to organized noise than to music =_=; I would've done to the audience what my friend does to his promiscuous girlfriend: slap em' upside the head.
It's got a romantic way to it. I would love it if I could go to one of those authentic theatres and listen to expressionist music for just one night...
