@boxant This is legislation vs. regulation. It changes the time-frame of when one can file a pay discrimination lawsuit. It is true that regulations are a pain. Unfortunately, too many peopleand institutions don't act/operate fairly, honestly or safely without them, so they are needed to protect us all.

What a great law. lets all get paid equally regardless of how hard we work. THIS IS BULLSHIT. A boss will pay employees that work the hardest the most regardless of sex. Why would an employer pay a hard working women less than a lazy man. And Obama wonders why all of our jobs are going over seas.

Actually they don't pay the hardest workers the most all the time. Sometimes they actually pay males more money then they do women. You must be one of those special males who benefit from the good ole boy system. It's coming to an end.

Boy this makes me mad. She is a women she already has her "SPECIAL" rights. Minority's already have government benefits not available to anyone else! What were you saying about equality?!!! IF any of this was true, then she already had a sexual discrimination case in her favor. No business is going to risk that! What do we need this crap for?! Only to lower those who have clawed as step ahead. Only to give big brother another choke hold! America better wake up soon or we are all done!
