Agree! In a way, like the film it self, the most serious one. He is so cold and proffesional. This is thee classic, and the first 007-film I saw, in 1979. I love all the Bond-films, they all have their moments and all, from the first to the last. Like beautiful christmas trees with lovely gifts underneath.

Nicely put. Bond is very cold in this film (except perhaps for his playful moments with Moneypenny early on) and yet irresistably attractive. Alfred Hitchcock said he loved Connery's sexual cruelty--when you watch this movie you know exactly what he means.

This can't be the original trailer. The style is contemporary. Much too frenetic. The there's that dead giveaway synthetic soundtrack.
