It is slang. It means in this context that they stole the show. They 'owned' the complete and utter respect and attention from the audience.

Depends on context.
They usually mean the same thing, but can mean different things also.
Eg.
"Ukulele orchestra of great britian Pwned at new years"
"Ukulele orchestra of great britian owned at new years"
means the same thing.
But if your saying "You got owned" , Pwned is like a severe owned.

Well, I guess we're all entitled to our opinions. Headbanging is a way to express your love for the music, and if the music is loud enough, you'll be able to hear it no matter what! Headaches...pfft.  Nothing a little tylenol can't fix.
