Very funny I think he was supporting the kazak team Astana that are taking part in the race. Hope he enjoys his 15 minutes of fame he deserves it for having the "balls" to wear the mankini!

i remember seeing that on the tour a few years ago.

while borat was funny, at least he got on tv in that mankini. there are streakers who run along with the bikes every year on the tour. the cameras pan away from them every time.

but still you sometimess crach a flash of flapping sacks and joystick LOL!
