I have have, by the sheer weight of evidence from the sources outside the church that speak volumes of the Resurrection of Christ, now coupling this with the church evidence would be more than a slam dunk win in court.

As Paul said if Christ be not raised from the dead, we are dead in our sins and the most pitied of men
