ppl not some scripts put together by some high payed script writer and some1 too ad a story too it , thats what i feel constantly when i play those games that were made after the bg series , that also why 3do got ruined by ubisoft and westwood by ea games etc etc , they dont care about the story they care about making money , so game continues but the story doesnt

i think ur right about nwn, i played a lot of bioware and several catogories including the starwars games they made

yes graphical and gameplay wise its more advanced and its better constructed , but u must have noticed that they didnt put as much effort in all of those games as they did in the bg series yes there old but in that time and many years later what still is really great about the game is the effort and the detail ,compare too building it isnt a skyscraper, it like a castle build by

I think Neverwinter Nights is more like a multiplayer based game that's why the story isn't that huge and complex like in the Baldur's Gate Saga.

Jade Empire and Knights of the old Republic are state of the art single player role-playing games on my opinion and Old Republic is with no doubt the best narrative mmorpg ever and it's free to play which is just awesome.

But with all VIP game designers gone at BioWare, i wonder how future AAA-projects will look like.

i dont think so , obsidian and black isle took the fall after the bg seqeals but look how the changed when neverwinternights came it was total different and personnaly worse then the bg series no i think bioware didnt want too put a lot of effort in nwn and they dropped obsidian and black isle , there is soooo much in the bg series as it comes too work and energy they put into it that nwn hasnt

I remember hearing this theme for the first time, all those years ago, and being instantly pulled into it's universe. After one week straight of playing 10 hours a day my mother started being kind of worried :)

Very few RPGs got me hooked like that, except maybe Vampires: Bloodlines and Morrowind.
