Have you actually looked at how both planes look? Do you know what kind of hysteria was caused in Pentagon at the end of 60s due to MiG-25?
Of course F-15 was/is "an improved copy" of MiG-25. Both superpowers were doing it all the time. There's nothing wrong with it. If you have probem admiting it due to patriotism, it's ok.
but the mig 25 was exagerated in the pentagon, when a mig 25 defected and went into japan the west understood that the mig 25 wasnt all that impressive note that the f-15 is the only plane to have ever flown with one wing but in the end its the pilot and not the plane that wins the battle

The best by far is the Naval derivative of the Tornado. The F-18 sucks. It's cheap. It works, but it's damn cheap. Janky.
