yes, it also means that you won´t be able to withdraw money from the financial system, maybe change it to another bank but it will always be in the banking system. people won´t have the freedom to pay, sale or do any transaction without the surveillance of the system..

all they want is make all money electronic. so they can track every transaction and tax every buy and sale operation. all the money in the banks. in the financial system. you will pay with your fingrt tips using biometric readers.
