    Fascinating, but what the heck is it? A Chinese show that's ripped off the Who theme? More information please.

    The woman seems to say "Captain Jack" at 1:20 and 1:30! But maybe she's saying something else in Chinese (which I don't speak). Or maybe this is a Chinese version of Torchwood!

    The content of the program has nothing to do with Doctor Who.
