It always puzzled us too. It sounds to me like she says "Eurgh, awwfie.." which I always took to mean "Eurgh, awful" but I guess Applemask's interpretation may be correct. I've still no idea.

Thanks to all of these Public Info Films that scared the crap out of me as a kid I avoid water,roads cars,strangers,Jimmy Saville,pickpockets,electricit­y,old fridges,machinery,walking on beaches,polished floors,talking cats,rabies,farms,Rolf Harris infested swimming pools and men in lycra who tell me to stop,look.and listen.
