War ceasefires are a very serious thing. You do not break them lightly. War, assuming there is a legitimate purpose behind it, is an absolute last resort, only justifiable after every peaceful measure has been exhausted.
It is clear that Israel are not interested in peace. If they were, they would accept and uphold a ceasefire, and agree to the perfectly reasonable peace treaty currently on the table.
But.. peace is not in their 'interest'. How could they steal land if there was peace?

@wotdoesitmatter Its obvious that they were. Why else would they be building a tunnel on the Israel border, INTO Israel? They were trying to gain access into Israel, and take Israel by surprise due to the cease-fire with an attack.

Yes, Hamas is the ruling government but they're not a normal government are they? How many governments are under occupation? Don't say they're not. For all intents and purposes, they are so leave your withdrawal shit aside for a moment.
For your 2nd point, and I'm sure you'll have an answer - if you read the report entitled The 6 Months of the Lull Arrangement by the Intelligence and Terrorism Information center at the Israel Intelligence center, you'll read in section 17 that Hamas (ctd...)
(ctd...) did "crack down on these people and arrest them". I quoted an Israeli source but no doubt you'll have some way around it.
