Hey Mike!!! I did it after almost a month of purchasing my rings after watching this video today i have atempted my first personal best and i did a 3 muscle ups, which was shock to me as i had a water enema yesterday in the evening (i know that was foolish) but hey i did it. What a great way to start the day!! Thank you for being a positive role model

I use a pull up bar tie the rings around it and i am hanging them on my hallway i'll put some vids up soon.
