Moutain 1245. You're right about Messick. "Dale Messick" created the Brenda Starr comic strip. And it's Paul Winchell who's credited for voicing Dick Dastardly. That's definitely Winchell doing the voice of the guy refusing to eat the eggs and ham. His voice is similar to the one Winchell used for Fleagle in The Banana Splits.
