Last year Scotland raised £49.2 billion in taxes. This was exclusive of oil, natural gas, whisky and other revenues paid in London by Scottish companies headquartered there. In all the total amount, if paid into the exchequer of an independent Scotland, would be in the region of £75 billion. Instead this money was paid to the London Exchequer, £30 billion of which was returned to Scotland.

but moving that aside. Scotland relieses on 52 billion pounds a year from the union, and the SNP (who claim to want Scotland to govern itself) are pro EU.

The EU would therefor make 70% of all of Scotland's laws. Hypocrisy?

Oh lets not forget that Scotland deprived of it's 5 billion pounds a year (costing each family in Scotland £5,200 pounds annually) would also have to pay the EU membership fee. Which is 50 billion pound!
