nobody forces you to read the books, and tbh they dont go on about stoning gays enslaving people and killing/people burning in hell if they dont convert. To be honest those "holy books" of gods tend to be a hell of alot worse.

What they do is give what they think, back it with theory and there you go, but they dont threaten pain, so i dont see you're point.

They're likely not considered racist due to the subjects they debate not actually being a race. It's a bit of a prerequisite.

Those books ain't empty covers either. Ain't as if they just say "you're wrong" without justifying that sentiment with evidence and debate.
