Imagine the applications for mobile gaming. These two guys could use their mobile phones to play a board game like Risk or Chess.

you know this is that far fetched, think it was Microsoft that were showing off a touch screen table about this size that would connect to your device when placed on it, but instead of projection it used multi touch, and that was a couple of years ago. nice idea
