Concerning the pitch, bear in mind that the top part is being produced by a countertenor (i.e. alto) rather than a soprano, so it would be a lot easier to transpose down a semitone, or even a tone as in the Weather Forecast.

Concerning the Felton chant, it is often listed as being in C minor rather then E flat. Just in case anyone has difficulty finding it in their Psalters.
