we watched this in world history today and everyone was laughing at it because all the womens boobs were showing.

Hi/I'm in Québec, and we heard in the news here that no one in the States or in the UK did not want to release the film because of the exposed bosoms.Judging from the reaction of your class, I now understand why./By the by, I have some friends who have done volunteer work in western Africa, and they told you go bra-shopping in the open-air market -- no changing rooms, no nothing!/Perhaps it's time to get over this hang-up --- what do you think?/Cheers

yeah, I guess people from the west . would think the film was promoting nudity or child pornography...*shurgs*.. it's still a great film anyway, I was a little squeamish when I first saw Kirikou years ago.. but now I don't even notice it..:)..

I'm surprised nobody mentioned the naked children.. :)
