I understand you. I live in Sweden and can't watch it either. =( They did send Doctor Who once. But only the first season and then they stopped since it wasn't popular enough. (so the few people that DID watch it didn't get to know the tenth doctor)
However, the reason to the low number of views COULD be because it was aired LATE on a channel that is mostly watched by old people... And neither tv nor the papers gave it any attention at all! So it completely passed people by...
