The word in the video is "bollocks" and means testicles (balls). It's very common in the UK and we use it in frustration the same way we'd say "Shit !"

They're not saying "bullocks". Bullocks is the plural of bullock and describes a castrated bull ! Also known as an ox or steer. They're castrated to make them more docile.
