This is not a Monty Python sketch, and definitely not from Live from Hollywood Bowl. You probably saw this show somewhere back then. Maybe the Secret Policeman's Other Ball? I'm not sure, but it's not MP.

Yes, could have very well been the Secret Policeman's Other Ball. I thought there were Python skits, where Atkinson was brought in for some sketches, like this one. I seem to remember an Armegeddon religious" type sketch where Atkinson says "will this wind" and Cleese says "no", with the whole troupe on stage. Again, I could be wrong.
