Open a browser, the page you want. Pick veiw page source. There you go now all you need to do is figure out the tags and what they mean. If your looking for a image it wil be under a img tag. if you are looking for a link. You need to find tag that looks like this: a href.
if you are looking for a program in javascript, look for a script tag. Good luck.

Applications don't run with HTML...that's only for websites. In this video, he's just making a really complex webpage. To view the html of a web page, just do Ctrl+U or go to View->Source
