my first 10 days on the plan, i lost 9.8lbs... its so simple to follow... i know, i know, the book says not to weigh yourself for the first 2 weeks, but i just couldnt help myself after my jeans got looser :D thanks paul!!

Paul is an advocate of NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming). I understand this can be very effective for cognitive behavior which maybe considered negative and or unwanted.

My bubble isn't burst. I said I lost 9.8lbs. I'm under no illusions, I know it was more than likely all water weight. My point was that the lbs (even if in "liquid form") came off easy with hardly any effort at all :)

NOOOOOO !! weigh once a month .... you see better/larger results ! If you weigh yourself every 5 minutes... it shows NO improvements
