The Law is a system of trial and mostly error. You can sue for ANYTHING, it is a free system. It is important that We the People stand up for ourselves to set presidence so that these issues don't have to be fought over and over. Kudos to the parents for fighting for what is right, while this seems mundane, without fair use shows like the Daily Show and Colbert Report could not exist along with most good web parody. This is a big win for freedom from a darn cute baby!

'In August 2008, a U.S. court ruled that copyright holders cannot order the removal of an online file without first determining whether the posting reflected fair use of the material. The case involved Stephanie Lenz from Gallitzin, Pennsylvania, who had made a home video of her 13-month-old son dancing to Prince's song "Let's Go Crazy" and posted the 29-second video on YouTube.' so we have to thank this video. thank you!!!!!!!
