The third mother didn't have the colors, sounds and all the stuff that makes Argento's movies his. I was really hoping that Mater Lacrimarum was like her sisters.

I, in fact think The mother of tears, or La Terza Madre was quite good, though nothing compared to Suspiria and inferno, since, as you say, they are in fact masterpieces.. but saying it was absolute shit is wrong in my opinion ;)
Though i did miss all the colors.. ah well..

Let's not forget about the terrific Profondo Rosso.
