It is from the Plunkett and MacLeane Movie sountrack not sure if this is the original though... the song on the sountrack is called Escape and the soundtrack is by Craig Armstrong and the London Session Orchestra.

It's totally fab as is the add gives me goose bumps everytime I watch it.

My partner is one of the behind the scenes guys and we both think the advert is amazing.

Thank you so much. Heard the music so often, and always wanted to know what it was called.

The ad is awesome. It perfectly describes what seafarers go through. I'm a member of the Royal Navy, and this should have been our ad...

big shiny boat eh looks good and fast ,but truth be known it aint no fun out there .....and like F1 the driver gets the credit ,those boats are operational by other peoples hard work too.... big thanks to all (behind the scenes)and to the nutters out there.....never turn back.

The men and women of the RNLI are Hero's how many of us would get out of bed in this weather to go and save strangers.Withought these girls and guys and fundraisers what would we do.

If it wasnt for the rnli generations of my familly wouldn't be here. Merchant sea-men and yachtsmen alike can thank them for their servisis and sacrifise. why say what you said when it can cost 30,000 to run a station on the day of a shout?

Great video.. and what a shame the TV companies can't find it in their hearts to show it... make a change from enless pap... No the Lifeboat sevice needs all our donations. And lets remember those who give their lives and did not return.. Just answered the call for help..

RNLI Is funded by donations. These guy's are GENTLEMEN AND ARE SOME OF THEM GIVE UP THEY'RE TIME WHATEVER TIME DAT OR NIGHT PUTTING THEY LIVES ON THE LINE EVERYTIME THEY CALL OUT. THEY FACE TRAGEDY BUT DEAL WITH IT. WHO NEED HERO'S, IN MY BOOK THESE ARE ANGELS OF HEAVEN. HAVE LOT'S OF RESPECT FOR THEM.....
