Yeah it's true, he's really mean but he's talented. In my opinion someone who's a much better cooking role-model would be Chef Ramsay's mentor, Marco Pierre White. That dude is a cool cat.

i must say i don't like the profanity but i do love chef Ramsey and if you don't like the heat get out of the kitchen grow a spine and get another job if people don't come Bach to your restaurant you cant cook its that simple .
