I saw them at the Handlebar. I really wanted to go see them at the Peace center here recently when they came through but I didn't get a chance. I really enjoyed them at the Handlebar b/c it was such a close setting.

I think they're amazing. It doesn't surprise me that he doesn't look at the mandolin though. There are many musicians who don't have the option. Now show me a blind representational painter and I'll be impressed ; )

Chris Thile doesn't even look at the mandolin when he's playing.  He just knows where he's going with his hands.
