Yeah, fucking Adolph Baller was tortured by Nazis. Those sick fucks broke the fingers in his hands...but he recuperated and came back with a ferocity.

What a gorgeous performance - the octave ending is chilling.

A lot has to be said about the painist - such good accompanying to stay with Menuhin in his romantic, laid back approach to this music. Credit to him!

@Robzie123 Fuck yeah, at 3:13 it's taken to a whole new level...could quite possibly be the greatest solo violin performance with piano accompaniment. Certainly up there.
