Dara O'Briain and Frankie Boyle on religion and creationism

This is just a couple of short clips from two great comedians; Dara O'Briain on evolution and Frankie Boyle on Sarah Palin and her views on creationism.

It's bound to upset some Americans, and I know it's not my usual style, but I thought some of my atheist subscribers (thank you one and all!) would appreciate this.

Thanks. I often find one too many people who simply are as I've said but seeing others who are at least better than that is really nice.

Same with me when I visited Italy and England. Many of the people were nice and even considerate in many cases. It was also fun to have a good laugh at the expense of the United States current chaos and insanity with some.

As far as Western culture goes I'd say we should at 'least' attempt a major over-haul because things are a little. . . Crazy.

Don't worry mate I was joking, I thought if I used as many obviously untrue stereotypes as possible it would be clear I wasn't being serious, But I was mistaken, I apologise. If you want my serious opinion of Americans: when I visited the US found most people I met o be genuinely friendly and welcoming people, there wasn't any arrogance that I could notice. I'm still sleep deprived enough to wish the end of western civilisation though...I've been reading far too much nietzsche lately

I don't want to be the dumb, hateful, ignorant, American, with a pole shoved up his ass, but I hate when people are so near-sighted they can't understand anything but hate and ignorance.

You have good people, bad people, and all else in between. The sooner you decide to stop hating / venting on a single group with people you don't even know personally 'then' you're better than "Americans" and our terrorist phobia / insanity.

I came to laugh and defend myself, not America.

Thanks for thinking all Americans are spoiled rich boys who also love Hawaiian shirts too.

We have the largest 'average' income per person in the US. Yes, we still have whiny / insane jerks and idiots, but just because our economy favors some more than others, doesn't excuse the ignorance and aggression on 'all' of us. We are all people who are different in many ways, not demons.

Western civilization is not a disease, what 'is' a disease is ignorance, hate, and anything else that relates.

All places have those unwanted individuals but apparently everyone enjoys insulting Americans instead of each other. What about someone from the Middle East? Maybe Africa? Maybe the person was just an idiot in London or Paris. Mostly likely American but not all of us are idiots you ignorant jerk.
