Absulute fantastic conductiong! What is his name?

This is my fave YouTube version of all, despite the somewhat poor audio quality.

Just the right amount of expression yet technically tight and very rich in dynamics.

The one done by the BBC proms has great audio quality but poor dynamics I don't know if it was the orchestra or the volume processing of the broadcast.

I didn't like the one done by Eiji Oue at all.
