Enforcement authorities could not care less, even pretending to have no power in the matter, and as far as Courts are concerned, I have given up the idea for the last 2 decisions I had, only considered the lies told by the defendant, ignoring what really happened and ignoring my rights.

It seems that the more rights there are, the more they are violated by the Airline cies or by Tour operators. My last 5 holidays have been a mere disaster and companies are really stubborn, although I have those rights.
