Do you have to run towards the end of the room first to make this work? I tried using this technique and she just followed me right into the spot.

Yeah you need to lead her Euryale into the small part of the room, near the pillars then get into the wider part of the room.

Euryale can't get around the corner so she just wriggles on the spot.

Great use of the sweet spot. I haven't even tried it myself yet to be honest. Nice use of bow to hover over the massive gorgon stare. Didn't go for the timed stuns with bow?

35 hr Titan save at the loom... I know the feeling.

It felt like it took longer than that to get through the Endurance Run.
I wanted to make a vid showing the "sweet spot" being used in Normal play because I personally used to struggle with this fight.
I wasn't up to the timed stuns but damage is damage and she is a pussycat when on the pillars anyway. To be honest my MAX vid is a far more polished performance.

Thanks man, but I can't claim credit for writing the FAQ, I just read it then asked for the link to my videos to be put in it. You seen my other vids? some great hammer action there too and some tips to help you get the best from this weapon.

Nice luring. Of course MotK is weak in GK:TM but you did well for using it in the Sweet Spot here.

Enjoyed the mix-and-match of various tactics I've offered up in the past with variations of your own. Though you really should have stuck to using Stage 2 sweet spots concerning Gorgon Blast.

~I bet you felt no pity for her inability to get a good hit in during Stages 1 and 2.. good man

MotK is weak on those settings but when she can't hit back it doesn't really matter. Just trying to show an easy way to handle the fight on normal play.
Dropped the CR to hold her up while I got in the sweet spot but I guess when I stopped it provoked the tail spin/slam which did the job.

Quite right. The strongest hit choice is BoO's "Divine Retribution" with SoD's "Piercing Shards" as a close second in GK:TM:NUR..in GK:TM:MAX, Piercing Shards is a bit stronger when one isn't factoring the additional damage dealt physically by the BoO strike.

I had already figured why you ran at that area as the 'restart' point can vary unfavorably thus I needed an easy way to lure her into position so I could continue to exploit the fight
