Both horrible events but the sheer magnitude of Katrina makes it more likely to be more publicized than Gustav's.

indeed, this is the major thing that I dont get, polution is STILL bad, and fossil fuels are STILL limited, so doesnt it make sense to reduce dependency on something that is limited in supply.

Sure i under stand that. i am not ignorant of that. I said it before i am saying it again. It is not global warming. Global warming is not real. It is a scam set up by the world elites to help carry out the new world order. So is the economy crisis. I live in Maryland and its barely been above freezing even during the day. Are you honestly retarted enough to think that you are going to "feel" temperature variatons when you go outside? despite the fact that on any day, the temperature can flucuate 10 to 20 degreees. Global warming is a change of 1 or 2 degrees, this small variation is enough to cause major upsets in climate systems. Go spend 30 minutes in a highschool earth science class room

Excuse me. I only used going out side for an example and not to be taken literally. Global warming continues to be a scam.
