Produced with Talents DVD and the Opera Gallery for the 2008 Adidas "Sport in Art" touring exhibition in China, Addictive TV created this video installation from clips out of the Adidas archive.

What you see is exactly what you hear. Sportive was made entirely from sports images and their sounds. The only addition was a human heartbeat.

Sportive was first exhibited at the Museum of contemporary Art in Shanghai, the exhibition, featuring over 70 artists, toured several cities across China in 2008, including the Museum of Modern Art in Nanjing, the Luxun Art Academy in Shenyang and the Today Art Museum in Beijing.

The piece was also exhibited in Paris at both the Cité des Sciences for the exhibition "Sport & Numérique" and at Le Cube for the Optronica Paris exhibition.
