Hrm...I've never bothered shooting rabbits. Figured they weren't really worth the effort and I was unfamilar with them. After watching this however, I'm willing to give them a try.
I just have one concern....the thoracic cavity and the kidneys are untouched? So you are boiling up heart, lungs and kidney? The ureters are probably leaking urine all over the place as well during the preparation process.
Great video, very informative. I'm sick of all the hypocrits that are happy to eat meat that they buy from a supermarket, but complain when people go out and get their own food.
