How do you feel about a German sitting on an English throne, which is still the case?

What a silly thing to say, mrmolinodelahoz. How many generations since Victoria and Albert (and her only half-German)? Given the "blood" distribution over that time, the German inheritance is about 9% in Queen Elizabeth, as if that made any difference at all.

Bach prefered french harpsichords, and he played on them, and he had been buying french harpsichords.

Learn them. Well... this one is something especially difficult (as long as you can't play piano or something like that) but you are NEVER too old to learn an instrument.

when people say "German harpsichord," they are referring to a style. That German harpsichord could very well have been made in Botswana, but it would still be German due to the style it is built in.
