And OMG I LOVE how they just take out the worms, put them all in a bowl, and then take them to a new location with new soil and gently put them safely back into the soil. ^___^ How many of us do that nowadays? It's sad to me when someone points out how disgusting they are and they don't give a damn about them... *sigh*
Didn't Harrer, like most Germans, have to sign up as a Nazi in order to have a job? Wasn't he a ski instructor? Did he ever take part in any of the criminal actions at all?
This is a propaganda movie and even stars some of the Dalai lama's relatives. British secret service agents Bell (who wrote the Dalai Lama's biography) and Richardson (who's version of history created the Shangri-la myth) recruited Heinrich Harrer who then wrote seven years in Tibet. Tibet was a feudal society in which slavery existed. Tibetans have never in their history been peaceful. This can easily be verified by reading some history books. Professor Goldstein wrote some good books.
