The only things we see that are reality are the parts where he is driving. The rest is a mix of his fantasy and twisted recollection of what happened in the woods. I'm pretty sure he raped, killed, and dismembered her there. What happens to the doll is what happened to her. The same also probably happened to the other 3 girls. There are a lot of symbols in the video. Youth and purity equal beauty. Age and impurity equate to ugly. That's why we see the girl turn old and why he kills her.
She's no longer pure after the rape. This video is brilliant in the way the lyrics and the images give away the man's state of mind. To him, the girl is a temptress and a virgin, pure and a whore, alive and dead. In his mind he was driven to this by her. I think the more surreal scenes represent the guilt and torment he feels for his acts, but he also feels the girl is responsible because he thinks she made him rape and kills her. I don't really think were supposed to fully understand it.
This is, I think one of the most disturbing music videos I've ever seen. It's scary, like a nightmare or something. I interpret it as this sick guy is kidnapping this little girl to molest and rape and kill her, and it's turned around into HIS worst nightmare. Anyone else see it that way?
Yah Jen, that is exactly what it's about. And more. It is VERY disturbing, esp. to females. But i like how she gets her revenge and justice at the end. The molester stold her youth and innocence...notice how she changes from beautiful and young, to old and ugly...and even tho she gets her revenge and punishes him...the end shows that he sees in advance that he will pay, and the fkr does it anway...sick, but true, that's how this type of man functions.

There's also a connection to the movie "Don't Look Now", but I haven't fully figured it out yet.
Good song though!
