@tkrulez297 It is important to remember that the cube is made up of cubies, little pieces that each contain 1-3 colours. There are 6 centres, 12 edges, and 8 corners. In this step, you are solving the 4 edges that have green on them, but you have to make sure to line up the other colour (white in this case) and not just green, because the green and white on the green/white edge will never be separated. Leave me a comment if you need more help, I have plenty of cubing experience. :D

aha!! i remember this video helped me the first time ever. i was like.. OMFG!! SO FRUSTRATING!! coz i cuoldnt understand..:S. now, i havnt used my cube in ages and tit seems huge, coz now i use this kkeyring cube!! i love it. getting a 4x4 for christmas. bringing it up north with my and try to figure it out myself.
